The other is taking a healthy pet somewhere it cannot walk — a mall, a market, a long day out — where folded size and wheel quality decide whether it gets used twice or every week.
The number to check first is the stated weight limit, and the number to check second is the folded dimensions against your car boot. Both are more consistently useful than the photographs.
